Ally L. Colvin joined the firm in 2022.  Ms. Colvin represents a broad range of clients in real estate, business and administrative law matters.  Her experience includes representing businesses in leasing agreements, license agreements, and with corporate structuring. Ms. Colvin also has broad experience with the New York State Liquor Authority, representing restaurants, bars, liquor stores and other retail and wholesale/manufacturing clients in applying for and obtaining liquor licenses and with New York State Liquor Authority violations.

Prior to joining Carbonaro, Carbonaro & Brune, P.C., Ms. Colvin practiced in both Auburn, NY and Syracuse, NY, where she assisted clients with other matters such as residential real estate and estate planning.  Ms. Colvin began her career at a boutique law firm, Helbraun & Levey, LLP in Manhattan, where she specialized in assisting those in the hospitality industry.

Ms. Colvin is involved in the community, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of both the Seymour Library Foundation and the Auburn Chamber Orchestra.  She is a past Member of the Board of Directors of both the Auburn YMCA-WEIU and the Auburn Business Improvement District.  Ms. Colvin resides in Owasco, NY.
